The products sold by GOOD SCENT SRL benefit from a standard guarantee of 12 months for legal entities and 24 months for natural persons from the date of purchase, as stated in the purchase invoice. The batteries have a 6-month warranty.
Products with physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (inappropriate supply voltages, subject to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious or under the action of chemical substances, incorrect installations, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products The use of products with other types of consumables than those sold by Good Scent SRL.
To grant the guarantee, it is necessary to keep the original guarantee certificate.
The terms and conditions of the guarantee are in accordance with the legal provisions: Government ordinance no. 21 / 1992 regarding consumer protection, law no. 449 / 2003 regarding the sale of products and their associated guarantees. The warranty period is mentioned in the certificate issued by the manufacturer/importer and begins to run from the date written in the purchase invoice; this period is also confirmed by the guarantee certificate related to the fiscal invoice issued by GOOD SCENT SRL.
The duration of the warranty period is extended by the time elapsed from the date on which the lack of conformity was brought to the knowledge of the seller or the product was handed over to the person designated by him until the date of bringing the product to normal use, respectively the date of the written notification in order to pick it up the product or the actual delivery of the product to the consumer. The operations performed by the service during the warranty period will be mentioned on separate documents; these documents become an integral part of the warranty certificate. The maximum resolution period is 30 calendar days from the date on which the buyer, as the case may be, informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product or handed over the product to the seller or to the person designated by him based on a handover document. After bringing the product into compliance, it can be picked up directly from the authorized Service or you can request its shipment by courier.
Bringing it into compliance can be done by: repairing the product; partial or complete replacement of the product; replacement with products with performance at least similar / equal to that of the product that cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model; returning the value of the product in the event that repair or replacement is not possible;
Responsibilities of the customer The warranty conditions do not apply to problems or damages caused by the customer or in circumstances such as, but not limited to the following:
• the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by unauthorized personnel;
• the product has physical defects: bumps, cracks, chips, rust or shows traces of use in inappropriate conditions: inadequate supply voltages, subject to large variations in temperature and pressure, incorrect handling, incorrect installations, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances into inside the equipment, etc
• the warranty seals have been broken, damaged or modified (perfuming devices have the seals applied to the atomizer and the case). The month and year of purchase are marked on the seal. The exact date of purchase is the one referred to in the purchase invoice.
• Use with a different type of perfume than GOOD SCENT essences.
The procedure for sending products under warranty
The products brought or sent to the attention of the service department must be complete, contain all the accessories (we recommend that they be brought / sent in the original packaging or a suitable packaging) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase tax invoice, a copy of the warranty certificate original issued by GOOD SCENT SRL. Products that require a guarantee can be sent to the address: bld. Decebal no. 85 (Metal Lemn premises), Craiova, for the attention of the Service Department. Also, the package can be picked up from the specified address with the Good Scent courier (Sameday or DPD).
After the parcel / product has been received and checked, you will be notified regarding the warranty procedure / bringing your product into compliance. The transport payment for the products sent for service (round-trip) in order to resolve the warranty is our responsibility; shipping can be done via DPD or Sameday courier companies. If the warranty request is unjustified and the product works according to the manufacturer's specifications, the applicant will pay the costs related to the transport, as well as the cost of diagnosing the product, determined by the authorized service unit after verification.
The loss of the warranty certificate, as well as the damage, erasure or loss of the label containing the identification data of the product may lead to the loss of the warranty. Products not picked up from the service unit within 6 months from the completion of the warranty operations will be declared abandoned according to the provisions of the Civil Code). The product warranty is not transferable, GOOD SCENT SRL has contractual obligations only towards the owner of the purchase invoice.
