Return Form

Return policy:

The products can be returned within 14 days from the date of possession, but you must keep in mind that:

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.

• Make sure that the product is not protected by passwords set by you and that you have deleted any accounts that you have defined.
• The return is made with the initial labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer / distributor), the product box and all documents with which the product was delivered.
• The product must be accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered.
• If you have bought several products of the same type and you want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. Returns of other products are only accepted if they are sealed.
• Products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories are not accepted.
• Returns are not accepted if you have set personal passwords.
• If there are different products in the return package than those in the completed form, after checking the package by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.
• Perfumes, cosmetics or other personal/household products used or tested cannot be returned after they have been opened/unsealed, according to article 16, letter e of GEO no. 34/2014.

Return costs will be borne by the buyer.


REFUND / REDEMPTION TRANSACTION:

• The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, at the rates charged by the delivery agent chosen by the customer.
• Return costs will be borne by the buyer.
• GOOD SCENT SRL when it considers that the client's actions were malicious, to ask him for interest damages, under the conditions of the legislation in force. Also, GOOD SCENT reserves the right to subsequently refuse to honor other customer orders.
• The product return address is: Craiova, bld. Decebal no. 85, county, Dolj, Romania (GOOD SCENT warehouse)
• Returns will never be shipped for cash on delivery. The counter value of the products will be paid within a maximum of 10 days after receiving the products in the GOOD SCENT warehouse and confirming their compliance, by bank transfer to the account entered in the return document (document signed by the buyer and sent electronically or together with the products in the package).

    ATTENTION! transport costs (18 lei- for Romania) for returns/unclaimed parcels are borne by the buyer. Thus, they will be withheld from the amount to be returned.
